Booking Terms & Conditions

1. To Make a Booking
You either pay by debit/credit card over the telephone or use our secure online booking payment system, with Sage Pay.Debit cards and credit cards have no extra charge;

2. Confirming Your Booking
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. If however you book within 4 weeks of the start of your holiday, payment is required in full. Your booking will be confirmed by email. You must be over 25 years old to make a booking.

3. Balance Payment
The balance of your holiday is due at least 6 weeks prior to commencement. This is by telephoning your debit/credit card details to us on 07711610799 or using your secure login details to pay online, via Sage Pay. Non payment of the final balance when it becomes due will result in cancellation of the holiday and forfeiture of the deposit payment.

4. Holiday Cost
The prices quoted on our website are for a period of 7 days or less and vary on which lodge. However we do have some last minute deals . Prices include, electricity, central heating, bedding ,travel cots, towels & tea towels. We also include dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls , hair dryer and ipod docking and wifi .

5. Occupancy
Your holiday group must not exceed the maximum number of people the property will sleep, for the lodge you book for which is 6 for the 3 bedroom lodges and for the 2 bedroom lodge 4 ,and our 4 bedroom lodges maximum of 8 , as detailed on the website. (Unless previously agreed with the site owners). If your party does exceed the maximum without prior consent, the site management reserve the right to refuse entry and your holiday will be treated as cancelled by you and you will not be entitled to a refund of monies paid or compensation.

6. Pets
We do not accept pets of any kind, if you arrive with a pet you will be refused entry and your holiday will be regarded as cancelled by you, with no refund of monies paid or compensation. Visitors who arrive with pets will not be allowed in.

7. Travel Cots
Please confirm on booking if a travel cot is required. This is free of charge but we do not provide bedding for the cot.

8. High Chairs
Please request on booking ,this service is free of charge.

9. Arrival/Departure Times
Your log cabin is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am. on the day of departure. For arrivals after 6pm, please make arrangements with the site owners. Please do not arrive before the appointed time, as your cabin may not be fully serviced. Late departure (without prior consent) may result in an additional charge being made.

10. Parking
Parking is available near the log cabins .

11. Care of our Log Cabins
Our Log cabins are brand new and extremely well cared for, we ask that you treat our log cabins with respect and leave them in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages/damages should be reported to the site manager as soon as possible so that we can fix or replace items before the next guests arrive. Any damages caused through neglect will be charged for and you will be contacted .

12. Complaints
Any complaints you have about your accommodation should be reported to the site manager as soon as possible in order that we can remedy any problems.

13. Access to the Property
There may be occasions when we need to gain access to the property without prior knowledge. i.e. to carry out repairs, or in cases of emergency.

14. Alternative Accommodation
In the unlikely event that the accommodation you have booked is not available, we will offer you suitable alternative accommodation . If this is unacceptable we will offer a full refund of any monies paid, but no compensation.

15. Holiday Cancellation
In booking this accommodation you are entering into a legally binding contract. However should you need to cancel our policy is as follows: Any cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival will result in loss of 50% of balance paid, cancellations within 3 weeks and under will result in 100% loss of balance paid. However, if we are able to re book your accommodation you will only forfeit your deposit and the balance would be refunded less £50 administration fee. We strongly advise that you take your own personal holiday insurance policy .

16. Cancellation By Us
In extreme circumstances we may have to cancel your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or meet any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.

17. Unreasonable Behavior
The site management reserve the right to terminate a holiday after the handover of keys, if the unreasonable behavior of any one in the holiday party, is likely to impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests or members of staff. In these circumstances no refund will be given.

18. Large Groups
Group/party bookings. The organizer or party leader is responsible for providing the party details. Should you arrive at the park without notifying us of the required details, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the accommodation. You will be asked to pay a security deposit at the time of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG OR HEN PARTIES .

19. Your Vehicles
Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left entirely at your risk. The park owners accept no responsibility for any loss or damage from or to any vehicle from any cause whatsoever other than the negligence of the owners of Falsgrave Leisure & Lodges .

20. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the property; this means you must keep the furnishings and fittings inside and outside the property in a comparable state of repair and condition as at the beginning of the holiday. You are expected to show due consideration for other guests, not to abuse the property or display rude, offensive or dangerous behavior to the owners, or any other third party.No loud music after 11 pm and no going in the hot tub after Midnight, to be respectful to other guests. Any breach may result in the termination of your holiday with no refund due and no compensation paid.

21. Force Majeure
We the owners of Falsgrave Leisure & Lodges can accept no responsibility or pay compensation for any circumstances that arise due to "force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to "force majeure” include any event which we the owners could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be repaired before the start of your holiday) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break in, criminal damage or any similar event beyond our control. Such circumstances also include riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, terrorist activity and all similar situations beyond our control.

22. Liability
Except where otherwise specified in these booking conditions, we the owners of Falsgrave Lodges accept no liability for any damage, expense, injury, death or loss of any nature whatsoever suffered by any person(s) from any cause whatsoever other than, in the case of the owner (s) the proven negligence of him/herself.

23. Data Protection
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, representatives of Falsgrave leisure & Lodges will collect certain personal details, including your name, address, telephone number and debit/credit card details. These details will only be passed to your Credit Card Company or bank. We will not pass your details on to any marketing companies whatsoever.

24. Hot tub safety rules and disclaimer
The use of the hot tub is entirely at your own risk and Falsgrave Leisure & Lodges, request that you read this information on safety and use of the hot tub carefully. It is your sole responsibility to take the time to read the hot tub safety rules below and the disclaimer, a copy of the rules are also kept in each lodge for you to refer to. For safety and hygiene reasons the lid must be put back on immediately after use. We request guests to be respectful whilst using the hot tub and no loud music after 11pm. 25. Smoking
Our log cabins are strictly no smoking, anyone wishing to smoke must do so outside away from the Lodges and decking.

26. Damage
Please report any damage to our site managers immediately.

27. Special Requests
Whilst we make every effort to grant special requests, there may be times when this is not possible.

28. Free wifi
Wifi is a free service which is offered, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of connection or intermittent service which is out of our control. On using this service it is your sole responsibility to make sure each device is secure and protected. Falsgrave Leisure & Lodges take no responsibility for any loss or damage in using this service.
